Standard UK delivery service information:
Delivery timescales vary depending on the product being shipped but we will normally confirm this in your quotation. UK deliveries are made by TNT, Fedex or another haulier (for larger quantities) within 1-2 days of the advised despatch date, Monday to Friday: 09.00-17.00.
We can offer timed-deliveries at an additional charge, and are available upon request. Should there be any delivery restrictions, additional costs may apply. Smaller items may also be despatched via Royal Mail (1st Class post).
International delivery information:
International customers can contact the Export team via email Exports@evacchair.co.uk for carriage quotations. We can arrange international shipments by air, sea or courier and we can also raise any required paperwork, at an additional cost, including; Certificates of Origin, ATR etc.
There has been a mistake with my order, or it hasn’t been delivered yet – what should I do?
