Missing, incomplete or damaged order?

If your order is missing or incomplete (and you haven’t been advised of a part-dispatch), please let us know on +44 (0) 121 706 6744 option 1, and we will investigate.

Do you wish to return an item because you’ve changed your mind?

Please contact our customer service team to advise them of your intention to return an item. Then, return your unused item in its original condition (including all labels and accessories), in packaging fit for transit within 30 days. We will then arrange for an exchange or a refund, providing that the items are returned to us in a condition, fit for resale.

Please note, a re-stocking fee is applicable at 15% of the RRP value of the goods.

Do you wish to return a faulty item?

If you have a faulty product, please call our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 121 706 6744, 08.30-17.30 Monday to Friday. We will kindly ask you to complete a product warranty claim form.

After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015

How and when will we refund you?

If a refund is requested and agreed, we will organise a refund in the form of a credit note within 5 working days of receipt of the goods, once they have been deemed fit for re-sale.
