Vacant Position: Telesales Executive

Job Purpose

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Telesales Executive.
The Telesales Executive will be focused on both customer retention and new business, calling prospective clients from an established database and to follow up marketing campaigns.

Main Duties

• To generate new customers to achieve sales targets
• To retain existing customers and up sell services to achieve customer retention and satisfaction targets
• To achieve targets for calls, contacts and conversions
• To not only follow up marketing campaigns but self-generate sales via developing a database, use of social media, focus on particular industries, and referrals
• To rapidly become a product and sales expert outperforming competitors
• To work with colleagues and be an effective team member
• To answer telephone calls on behalf of the team and redirect to the appropriate team
• To act with professionalism towards customers and colleagues
• To adhere to company policies

Experience / Skills / Qualification

• Cold and warm calling experience in B2B telesales
• Able to develop good rapport with customers
• Thrive on making high volume of outbound calls, contacts and conversions per day
• Love achieving and exceeding targets
• Be highly self-motivated, resilient, positive, high energy, professional and determined
• You will have a good knowledge of email Microsoft Excel and Word
• Have a proven track record in a telephone environment
• Work well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer focused
